Here are my projects I submitted for the 2nd Round of the Design Team Call 2009.

 

 

 

I really had fun with these chippies Crystle sent to all of us. I love Magistical Memories products and I hope I get the opportunity to design with them in the new year. I have yet to make it on a manufacturer's team. And since I got this far with Magistical, I hope it doesn't end here. Wish me luck!

Magistical Memories TOOT

OH.MY.GOSH.

I submitted to the 2009 design team call and was selected to move onto the 2nd round. Me, along with 26 other uber talented ladies will be sent some fabulous chippies from Magistical Memories to create with. We will all recieve the same chippies. This will allow each of us to stand out with our different styles. I actually like this because none of us have an advantage over the other because we have the same things to work with. We have to create 3 projects and upload them to a special gallery and also other online galleries. We are to promote Magistical Memories products and also be active on the message board. Not too hard. All of our projects need to be in by Nov 25th...pretty quick. I hope I get my pkg soon so I can get a jump on it. I cannot wait to see what they send us. I just love their chipboard. I Have Been Tagged

Anna Sigga from the Nook tagged me today. We are taking part in the blog a day challenge. And as I look at the month ahead, I know I can do this. People say that it takes 30 days to create a habit. I hope these 30 days will create a good habit in me blogging daily.

So I have been tagged. Never been tagged before. So I ventured over to Anna's blog to see what I had to do. 7 random facts about me. Here we go...

1. I was a daddy's girl growing up.

2. I was voted "Most Athletic" my senior year of high school.

3. I was in the marching band and color guard.

4. I played women's professional football when I lived in San Diego. Yes tackle football. Pads and all.

5. I have jumped out of a perfectly good airplane...and would do it again in a heartbeat.

6. I was a surrogate mother. Had twins for an infertile couple. They weren't mine though. Just carried them.

7. I raised a black lab puppy for Guide Dogs for the Blind.

NBPM-National Blog Posting Month

This month the ladies at the Nook are doing a blog everyday challenge for the month of November. Whether it is posting a card a day, a layout a day, a photo a day or just blogging, we are blogging everyday this month.

Yes I am 10 minutes late, but the Texas vs. TX Tech was just too good to stop watching.

I didn't do anything "creative" today, but I will be scrapping tmrw for sure. I was going to scrap tonight because of the extra hour due to DLST, but with me screaming at the TV from the game, I now have a headache. LOL.
